Entrepreneurship tends to attract people with unique minds and strong personalities, and that typically makes for interesting stories! I’m glad to have started my version. I know I have the talent to be an entrepreneur. I’m willing to take on the risk, experiment, and even find failure. With the right preparation, I know I can be successful.

​As an ISSA Certified DNA-Based Fitness Coach, I specialize in administering DNA testing and interpreting results for over 30 genetic markers relevant to exercise, nutrition, and motivation. With this expertise, I create personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's genetic makeup, leading to more effective results and increased client retention. My training covers topics such as interpreting DNA results, understanding body responses to food and exercise, intrinsic motivation, optimizing fat loss through cardio, and applying DNA insights for weight loss and athletic performance enhancement.
